Best of wishes and best of health to everyone in the new year.
It may be Fall, but we all know how fast that'll go and suddenly Christmas will be upon us. Halloween will pass and Thanksgiving will be ignored in order for the retail stores to push Christmas in our collective face. I love Christmas completely, I just disagree with (how did Charlie Brown put it?) the "commerciaism" of the holiday. But there's nothing that can be done, so let's all just sit back and enjoy the season as best as we can.
Summer is in full swing and the temperatures are up & running. Four heat-waves so far this year. I'm a winter person and wish I could live some place cold, but I'm stuck where I am. Oh well. Hope your summer is a blast.
That big ol' wedding across the Atlantic from those of us here in America happened to the joy of untold numbers around the world. My congrats to the future King & Queen. Kate sure is a beauty.
Spring is but a breeze away. The winter of 2010/2011 is behind us and I miss it already. Yep, I'm a cold weather & snow kinda guy. If I could, I'd live somewhere that had colder temps than where I am now and had much more snowfall! Anyway, for those of you looking forward to the coming summer... may it be a good one for you. My health continues to be a problem, unfortunately, and it stops me from doing many things I want to do. But maybe God will see fit to get me through.
2011 is upon us with the memories of 2010 still fresh. Hopefully this will be a good year for everyone. Some past illnesses are keeping me from doing things I want to do, but I pray I will get better and also that some difficulties between members of my family & me will be resolved. Happy 2011 to all!
My best wishes to all and here's hoping your Christmas is a fantastic one.
I hope your Thanksgiving was one of great fun & time with family and friends.
Just wanted to wish everyone a great time on Halloween. Hope the treats you get are to your liking. And keep and eye out for the Great Pumpkin!
October and things aren't going so well here. Thought I'd have a definite direction for this site, and tons of stuff to post on it, but it seems I'm totally lost. Oh well, maybe in time something will develop.
